FOR years, Livingston were Scottish football's dreamchasers. But, from the moment the club tumbled into administration, it has been stalked by the nightmare spectre of relegation.
Defeat to Inverness yesterday made that doomsday scenario a reality and now all talk within the corridors at Almondvale is of downsizing in preparation for a reluctant return to the SFL.
Meanwhile, supporters are now starting to question just what is the natural level for their club.
