I thought I'd correct a minor error in Richard Brookhiser's "The Hunt Is On" (Oct. 24). He refers to the first stop in his search for black jeans as "the Gap." This is like saying you're going shopping at "the Sears," eating at "the Applebee's," or are going to buy the latest CD by ...
