May 01--Jason and Marijane Johnson have owned a jewelry store in Carmel for nearly 20 years and for nearly 20 years there's been one Yorkshire terrier or another behind the counter.

The Johnsons' thinking: It's good for them, it's good for the dogs, and it's even good for business.

Trinket, one of the two pint-sized Yorkies now on duty, "paid for herself the day I got her," Marijane said.
