May 01--Don Ammerman, president of ComTech Properties, has snared a big tenant for the first building in the Ocoee Business Park at the Western Beltway and Franklin Street in Ocoee. Now, he says the developers are ready to move forward with a second and perhaps a third industrial building for the park. The tenant taking all 30,000 square feet in the initial building is Supply Net Inc., a fire sprinkler supplies company. Ammerman and Greg Rebman of Rebman Properties handled the lease transaction.
