The Bulgarian press service Dnevnik reports that Bulgarian ice cream maker Jimmy's has officially opened its new plant in the town of Kostinbrod near Sofia. The 7 million lev ($4.4 million) facility covers 2,800 square meters and has a daily capacity of 15 tons. The U.S. investment fund SEAF contributed $i million to the project and now holds a minority stake in the plant. Roseli, parent company to Jimmy's, is the majority owner.
