Apr. 30--Owners of a Dutch-registered container ship have agreed to take over the cleanup costs for Tuesday's oil spill in the Delaware Bay, the Coast Guard said. The Coast Guard said its investigation into the source of the leak is still being conducted, but the 340-foot Bermuda Islander is a "vessel of interest," Petty Officer John Edwards said yesterday. The ship departed from Salem, N.J., on Monday and is now docked in Bermuda. Edwards said the Coast Guard went there to collect oil samples from the ship for testing. The ship's owner, ...
