Law professor and arbitrator William Gould has been nominated by Pres Bill Clinton to sit as one of the members of the National Labor Relations Board. Clinton believes that Gould has sufficient experience in labor laws and the appropriate attitudes toward labor policies. Clinton expects Gould to deliver in terms of upholding the rights of workers to be involved in labor organizations as well as enhance labor and management cooperation.
