Apr. 10--NAGPUR: About 36 lakh cotton growers in Maharashtra would receive the second instalment of Capital Formation Fund to the tune of Rs 418 crore from May 1.
"The distribution of cheques would commence from May 1, as at present, they are in the process of preparation," NP Hirani, chairman of Maharashtra State Cotton Growers' Marketing Federation, said on Friday.
He said the first instalment of Rs 350 crore is being disbursed and till April 4, Rs 123.9 cr...
