LISA Patel is preparing for a hellish sight-seeing trip round Paris.

There will be no leisurely open-top bus for the 33-year-old Solihull College support worker. Instead she will pass landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triom-phe while tackling the gruelling Paris Marathon.

Lisa, from Acocks Green, has signed up for the run to raise cash for Macmillan Cancer Relief.

The fitness fanatic will be taking part in the punishing race on April 9 and is now undergoing a demanding training routine.
