Apr. 2--KINGWOOD -- Karen Hamden is one of those people who finds lemons and see lemonade. Faced with obstacles, she overcame them and then shared her knowledge with others. When Hamden's daughter, Alix, was 2 years old, she was diagnosed with autism and Williams Syndrome, a genetic disorder that causes developmental delays and physical problems, but also often endows sufferers with artistic talents.
