Mar. 30--Michael A. Mitchell is accused of fatally shooting a man outside a bar three years ago in Cincinnati. Though he remains at-large, his face can be seen in larger-than-life pictures throughout greater Cincinnati.

To generate leads on Mitchell's whereabouts, Greater Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky Crime Stoppers plastered his face on a billboard with the words "WANTED" and "CASH REWARD." A phone number to call with tips also was provided.
