Solstice Sunglass Boutique Announces Massive U.S. Expansion Plan: 30 Stores to Open In 2006, 155-Store Chain By 2008.

NEW YORK, March 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Solstice Marketing Concepts, LLC (SMC), the privately owned firm and parent company of Solstice Sunglass Boutique, announced today that it plans to make Solstice a 120-store sunwear chain by 2007 and a 155-store chain by 2008. SMC will begin implementing its aggressive growth strategy by opening 30 Solstice Sunglass Boutique sunwear specialty stores in 14 states in 2006, bringing the total number of doors to 85 by year-end. The retailer additionally plans to open its third off-price outlet store this year in Gilroy, CA.
