Mar. 30--A team of experts regarding marine mammals could find no definite link between the use of Navy sonar and stranded whales last year along the North Carolina Outer Banks. A final necropsy report released Wednesday by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration did not identify any single cause as responsible for the deaths of 33 pilot whales, two dwarf sperm whales and one minke whale over a two-day period in January 2005.
