Mar. 28--PANAMA CITY -- Panama City Police are looking for a black male driving a silver Honda car. The unidentified man is believed to be involved in a shooting that occurred Monday night.

Sgt. Kevin Miller said Tiquan Moye, 20, of Panama City, arrived at Bay Medical Center at about 8:40 p.m. Monday with a gunshot wound in his back. Moye said he was on foot at the intersection of East Seventh Court and Elm Avenue when a black male in a silver Honda rode by and shot him.

"Right now, he is being taken to the (operating room)," Miller said of Moye. ...
