Machine tool manufacturer DeVlieg-Bullard Inc specializes in providing their customers with spare parts for their existing machines. Unlike other firms which cater mostly to the production of newer more technologically advanced machine tool equipment, DeVlieg-Bullard provides their customers with a way to extend the utility and lifespan of their existing machines. Company president and chief executive officer William O. Thomas believes that this marketing thrust has been an effective means of maintaining financial solvency.
