Mar. 28--CLEARWATER, FLA. -- Charlie Manuel began the conversation by offering Luis Isaac a lifetime contract if he would come to the Philadelphia Phillies. "Forty-two years with the Cleveland Indians, and I'm going to steal you away," Manuel said on Monday, keeping a straight face, while the small gathering of Tribe coaches in front of the visitors dugout laughed.
