That's a familiar phrase in and around the community.

It's posted on signs promising grand office and condominium developments along U.S. Highway 98. It touts sprawling subdivisions, restaurants, hotels and shops.

Mostly, it's the pledge that community leaders, real estate agents and builders make to home buyers and business owners who are considering a move to Navarre.
