Mar. 26--KABUL, Afghanistan -- The potential death sentence for an Afghan man who converted from Islam to Christianity is perhaps the biggest crisis that the fledgling Afghan democracy has faced since the fall of the Taliban. If Abdul Rahman's trial continues, there is little doubt what will happen to him: He will be sentenced to die.
