Pres Bill Clinton spoke with members of the press before holding a meeting with Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney. Clinton answered questions concerning the high rate of unemployment and Bosnia peace plan. He also stated that the meeting with Mulroney was unscripted and would tackle various issues. He then proceeded to hold the dialogue with Mulroney, where they discussed trade relations between their countries and the issue of protectionism.
