Nuggets hope to help New Orleans take a step in its recovery tonight.(Sports)

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- In the days after Hurricane Katrina ravaged New Orleans, Greg Buckner rounded up his friends and went about helping victims who had relocated to Denver.

Food, clothes, money, toys. You name it, Buckner collected it and delivered the goods to families in need.

To this day, many of those Buckner helped have not returned to New Orleans, but he and his Denver Nuggets teammates will help the city take another step in returning to normal tonight when they face the New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets.
