Accountants celebrate 200th birthday with gift to charitable trust.(News)

THE Liverpool office of accountants PricewaterhouseCoopers marked their 200th birthday celebrations by raising almost pounds 30,000 for a local charitable trust. At Leo's casino, the firm's senior partner, Brian Clark, gave Marcia Hughes, co-ordinator of the Radio Merseyside's Charitable Trust, a cheque for pounds 29,393. Fundraising activities included bike rides, runs and walks and swims, as well as the production of a recipe book.
