Kolstad, Thomas C. age 62 of Salt Lake City, Utah, formerly of Minneapolis, born October 19, 1943, passed away February 21, 2006. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert. Thomas is survived by mother, Charlotte; brothers Larry, Jim and Bill Kolstad and sister, Barb Beeson.
