Julia Oliverio was surrounded by family and friends Sunday as she was recognized as the 2006 West Virginia Mother of the Year. The bright-eyed Oliverio greeted about 150 well-wishers and later listened to several speakers at the Pines Country Club, including her husband, Monongalia County Clerk Mike Oliverio.
