Mar. 19--As hundreds of Mormons flock to South Miami-Dade and even more residents convert to the faith, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is set to accommodate swelling congregations by building a new chapel in Richmond Heights.

The Redland Community Council was scheduled to hear plans for the project, but the meeting was postponed until April 12 after two zoning board members failed to appear.
