Cardiff city manager Dave Jones has told his players to go out and prove to him on the pitch that they deserve to stay at the club next season. Jones, whose side travel to Plymouth tomorrow still chasing a play-off place, has given the clearest indication yet he plans some major changes in playing personnel this summer at Ninian Park.

The Bluebirds' boss said two contingency plans are already in place for next season: one for if the Bluebirds remain in the Championship and another in the event of the club reaching the Premiership.
