Mar. 16--Now, Rochester Public Library reference librarians can answer your questions in an "instant."
The library launched an instant-messaging reference service about three weeks ago. Compatible with America Online, Yahoo and Microsoft Network systems, the service has averaged two or three questions per day during its first few weeks.
