Mar. 12--The Valley's first rain in nearly five months postponed action Saturday in the annual Marcos de Niza-McClintock softball tournament and the Central-East Valley-Fiesta baseball tournament.

The Marcos de Niza-McClintock tournament, played at Marcos de Niza and McClintock high schools, resumes Monday with the original schedule of games.

The Tuesday schedule will be canceled and replaced by doubleheaders for all teams originally scheduled for Saturday. Instead of five games determining Wednesday's pairings, four games will be the number. The championship game is set ...
