Texas Prepaid Higher Education Tuition Board, Austin, issued an RFP for two managers to run active domestic large-cap growth equity portfolios benchmarked against the Russell 1000 growth index. The $1.6 billion program has two large-cap growth managers, Chase Investment Counsel and Holt-Smith & Yates. Both may bid for the new portfolios.
