Mar. 4--CHANDIGARH, India -- Finally, the decks seems to have been cleared for the Tatas to set up shop in Punjab. "We will put together teams to look at the areas which we might want to invest in Punjab," said Ratan Tata, here, on Friday. Punjab's dynamic economy was growing at a fast pace, he added.
