Wen Jiabao stresses structural problems at NPC meeting
Beijing. March 5. INTERFAX-CHINA . China's Premier Wen Jiabao chose to emphasize the country's various structural problems during his address to the National People's Congress (NPC), which opened at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Sunday morning. Wen told delegates from across the country that the conservation of resources and the protection of the environment had become major tasks for the years ahead.
