Just two years ago, Chicago cab drivers were snickering, "Oh, you mean Which Millennium Park?," as the Windy City's turn-of-the-century spectacle was over budget and behind schedule.

But when Millennium Park was finally unveiled in July 2004, the snickering was replaced by oohs and ahs.
