Feb. 25--Lalu Prasad Yadav arrived in Parliament to announce the Railway Budget on Friday.

After catapulting the Railways from a loss-making to a revenue surplus proposition, Lalu Prasad Yadav is set to go forward with the Railway budget for 2006-2007. This will be his second budget as the railway minister.

This time by all indications, he plans to take on the low-budget airlines by seasonal discounts and cutting the upper class fares and introduce common man's superfast 'Jan Sadharan' Express trains to several destinations.
