Feb. 25--Baxter International Inc.'s venture into producing a new type of flu vaccine got a boost Friday when the United Kingdom ordered two million doses of a cell-based vaccine the country hopes would be an effective preventative for Avian influenza. As confirmed cases of bird flu spread further into Europe, British health officials said the UK will pay nearly $60 million to the Deerfield-based company for a vaccine produced using cell tissues....
