LAHORE, February 22 (PPI): Chief Minister, Punjab Chaudhry Pervez Elahi has said district government system has been placed on sound foundations and due to financial and administrative autonomy under this set-up, problems of people are being resolved at the local level. He said because of complete harmony between federal, provincial and district governments, social development programme is being speedily implemented.
