China Union Holdings Ltd. (SZ: 000036) announced on December 22hd, 2005 that the company will subscribe RMB153 million to increase the capital stock of its subsidiary Zhejiang Hualian Sunshine Petrochemical Co., Ltd. The proportion of the equity held by China Union Holdings Ltd. in the company will still be 51% after the capital stock increment. The registered capital of the company will increase from RMB971 million to RMB1.271 billion.
