NEW YORK -- Fitch Ratings assigns the following ratings to Bayberry Funding, Ltd. and Bayberry Funding Corp. (collectively, Bayberry Funding):

--$96,000,000 class II senior floating-rate notes due 2041 'AAA';

--$86,000,000 class III senior floating-rate notes due 2041 'AA';

--$17,250,000 class IV mezzanine floating-rate deferrable notes due 2041 'A';

--$42,500,000 class V mezzanine floating-rate deferrable notes due 2041 'BBB'.
