After 10 years at W&M's MerrittView property, Information Resources, Inc., has renewed its lease for another six years, according to Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties, the marketing and managing agent for the building.
IRI, a leading provider of enterprise market information solutions and services, will continue to occupy 25,130 s/f on the sixth floor of the Norwalk, Conn., building. The company renewed its lease seven months early.
