Feb. 8--DURHAM -- Three development teams, all with track records in the Triangle, have told city officials they're interested in helping to rebuild the Rolling Hills neighborhood.

The city's Department of Housing and Community Development intends to assemble a review panel and go over the submittals received from the would-be developers in the next 10 days to two weeks, said Larry Jarvis, the department's associate director.
