MIAMI -- Global General Technologies (OTC Bulletin Board: GLGT), through its subsidiary H 7 Security Systems, Inc. has signed a contract to acquire AirSpeak, Inc. ("AirSpeak") (www.airspeak.com) for a combination of cash, stock and the assumption of debt. The transaction is expected to close when GLGT completes its due diligence investigation of AirSpeak and the AirSpeak audited financial statements as required by the SEC are completed, which is anticipated at the end of the first quarter of 2006.
