Watchdog gives Storey all-clear to take up job.(Features)

MIKE STOREY has been given the all-clear by an official watchdog body to take up his new post as a key member of the city council cabinet.
The Standards Board for England, which last year carried out an investigation into his so-called e-mails scandal, said the former council leader was not breaking any rules by joining the decision-making executive board.
