SINCE its establishment on January 12, 1911, by the University of the Philippines (UP) Board of Regents, the College of Law has ably fulfilled its mission of teaching law in the grand manner and making great lawyers. The college formally opened in June, 1911 with 75 freshmen and 50 sophomore students. Today, its alumni are found in all sectors of society. Many have occupied the highest positions in the government.
