DENVER, Jan. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Teton Energy Corporation , an independent oil and natural gas producer focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of North American properties, today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement with Noble Energy, Inc. to develop Teton's acreage in the Eastern Denver-Julesburg Basin (DJ Basin). The transaction is expected to close by the end of January.
