SUFFOLK - It didn't take long for a coach to realize there was something special about Joel D. Coleman Jr.
Joel, 11, who is also known as "J.C.," had always enjoyed racing with other kids, but when he began practicing after school with a youth track team at Lakeland High School, he out-ran everyone during the warm-up laps.
