A new diet book devised by government scientists in Australia, entitled the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet, has reportedly met with criticism from science journal Nature.

The diet, which was researched by the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO), advocates a low-carbohydrate, high-protein diet approach coupled with a healthy exercise regime.
