Dec. 23--A Butte native with Nashville dreams has written a song about Butte that is receiving interest and airplay at home.

Tim Pasquinzo, a 2003 Butte High graduate, is chasing a career in country music and thought an original song about Butte could be a winner at home and with listeners elsewhere.

"I thought that Butte really needed a song; there are so many things that stick out about Butte," Pasquinzo said.
