This is the second part of a two-part article in which we review the constitutional validity of the current health care system in Canada. In the first, we reviewed the relevant federal and provincial legislation governing the Canadian medicare system ("Medicare"), concluding that the result of that legislation is to effectively prohibit the development of a parallel private health care system in Canada.
