A large piece of undeveloped property across the street from the Busch Grant's Farm property in St. Louis, MO, has been sold by a family member for residential development. The 94-acre property, which has been in the Busch family for nearly 100 years, will be developed with 479 homes.
The property had been conveyed to Andy Busch and Peter Busch, sons of the late August A. "Gussie" Busch Jr., former chairman and chief executive of Anheuser-Busch, when the elder Busch died in 1989. ...
