James P. Calabria, accused of molesting an 8-year-old boy he was baby-sitting in the summer of 2001, has pleaded guilty to one charge of attempted sexual abuse.
Calabria, 29, of Sandy Creek, admitted his guilt just before his trial was set to begin Dec. 6.
Judge John J. Elliott told Calabria he would not be sentenced to more than six months in jail and 10 years on probation, according to Assistant District Attorney Gregory Oakes.
If convicted at trial, Calabria could have faced as much as seven ...
