Dec. 2--CARTHAGE -- The village Planning Board will send its recommendation to outlaw outdoor wood-burning furnaces back to the village Board of Trustees.
The decision comes after trustees, in a 4-1 vote Nov. 21, rejected the ban and asked the Planning Board to study the matter further.
