Dec. 2--LADY LAKE -- Sometimes it's all about looks, and this town is taking no chances.

The town wants to limit future businesses to four architectural styles, much like The Villages next door. Decorative molding is in; bright colors are out.

Lady Lake is the first town in Lake County to restrict its businesses to four themes: Mediterranean, Mission, frame vernacular or Craftsman/bungalow.
